Customer Feedback

When you return from a Slovene Dream holiday, we will send you a request to fill in a feedback form. The process will probably take about five minutes - although some of our more recent customers have seen fit to share far more than we actually ask for.

Milan and Silvia at Pristava LepenaThis is fantastic: to know that our customers have been inspired enough to wax lyrical to us about their holidays... is easily the best reward for our work (to be honest, if we were earning millions, the feedback might become secondary - we are only human(ish), after all).

This process, apart from making us feel loved, is a fundamental part of our business. As you know by now, we have strong, personal relationships with all of our hotels: through which - and with your help - we are endeavouring to help them grow and develop into the best in Europe, instead of just Slovenia.

You will notice that all of the feedback on our website is positive: this is not evidence of a cover-up. We do indeed receive some complaints, problems and 'issues' - in fact, we really do want to know. When we do, we contact the hotel and talk it through with them and try to find a way to resolve the issue, while learning from the experience.

Only when we are satisfied that things are as they should be, do we publish the positive part of the customer's comments.
