Note that we do not add any commission to
the prices quoted by our suppliers. You
will find that our quoted prices are the
same as the lowest quoted by our suppliers
- indeed, in some cases we have negotiated
better prices on your behalf.
Flights
We do not
take any responsibility for your travel
to Slovenia. However, as a service to you,
we will make enquiries about available flights
and advise you accordingly.
Car Rental
We do not
take any responsibility for your car rental
in Slovenia. However, we have negotiated
excellent prices with AVIS, and there is a click-through on our About Slovenia - Getting Around page. |

Once you have made up your mind, fill in an on-line
enquiry form, or let us know by phone or email. Well
confirm with our suppliers that your request is available
and then contact you to finalise your arrangements and
take you through the booking process. The order of events
from this moment on is as follows:
If you intend
to fly:
1. We will check all available flights for your holiday
and advise you accordingly (we will tell you what we
consider to be the best choice of flights - by phone
or email - but the final choice will be yours).
2. You will make your flight booking.
If you intend to hire a car:
1. Click here for a link to the AVIS Slovenia website.
1. We will take a deposit from you to secure your booking.
2. We pre-complete your booking form with all the information
agreed with you, and email it to you.
3. You check the information on the booking form, and
reply to our email to confirm that you agree with the
booking and understand the conditions.
4. We send you an invoice confirming the booking and
the deposit taken, along with detailed directions and any other information relevant
to your holiday.
5. On your arrival, the hotel will take the
payment of the balance.
To give you time to contact friends, we will usually
hold options on bookings for 3 days. We regret that
we cannot usually hold options on last minute bookings
(one month or less before departure) in high and peak
seasons. We will always try to be as flexible as possible
with our customers, but we must ensure that our suppliers
are happy.
All prices are quoted in euros, and we only charge in euros.
You may pay by Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa and Maestro), debit card or bank transfer. Cheques are not acceptable in Slovenia.
It is a condition of booking with us that you have adequate travel insurance to cover you for medical expenses, personal accident and repatriation in the event of illness, baggage, money and liability cover as well as loss of money paid in the event of cancellation.

specified, we Slovene Dream Limited, registered at 5-7 John Prince's Street, London, W1G 0JN, act only
as an agent in respect of all bookings we take and/or
make on your behalf. We accept no liability in relation
to any contract you enter into or for any services
or arrangements you purchase ("arrangements")
or for the acts or omissions of any supplier(s)
or other person(s) or party(ies) connected with
any arrangements. For all arrangements, your contract
will be with the supplier of the arrangements. |
| 2. Suppliers'
Terms and Conditions |
| The terms and conditions
of the supplier(s) of your confirmed arrangements
will apply to your booking. These terms and conditions
may limit and/or exclude the supplier's liability
to you. Copies of these conditions are available
on request from us. |
| 3. Your
Booking |
|
| Once we have received
your booking and all appropriate payments (see clause
4 below). we will, subject to availability, confirm
your holiday by issuing a confirmation invoice by
email. This invoice will be sent to
the party leader. Please check this invoice carefully
as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately
if any information which appears on the confirmation
or any other document appears to be incorrect or
incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes
later. |
| 4. Payment |
For all bookings, Slovene Dream will take a credit-card number on behalf of the hotel(s) to guarantee the reservation. For your security, payments online and the transfer of your credit card details are made through secure servers.
In order to confirm
your chosen holiday, a deposit of the full
amount per person must
be paid at the time of booking. We accept the following
methods of payment:
- Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.
- Debit cards: Delta, Switch. Cheques are not acceptable.
The balance of each hotel's cost will be payable by you to the hotel on arrival.
The deposit is not refundable. |
| 5. Cancellation and Amendment
by you |

Your contract is with the hotel(s) with whom you make your booking. In all cases, once the booking is confirmed, you are subject to the terms and conditions of that hotel’s cancellation policy.
Hotel cancellation policies may outline a period before check-in when cancellations will be subject to payment of a penalty. This period does not include the day of arrival – so, for example, a cancellation policy of ‘24 hours’ means a reservation must be cancelled at least 24 hours before midnight on the day before arrival to avoid the penalty. Cancellations must be made by using the booking link supplied at time of confirmation.
If you need to cancel or amend a confirmed booking,
you should let us know in writing (post or email)
as soon as possible. We will do all we can to mitigate any charges the hotel may make to you, but we cannot guarantee anything outside the hotel's specific terms and conditions.
Depending on the reason for cancellation, you
may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges
(less any applicable excess) under the terms of
your insurance policy. Claims must be made directly
to the insurance company concerned. |
| 6. Currency exchange rates |
Our - and our suppliers' - pricing currency is euros, so bank and exchange rate charges are a matter for you and your bank and/or card issuer. |
| 7. Insurance |
It is a condition
of booking that you take out adequate travel insurance.
As a minimum this should include cover for medical
expenses, personal accident and repatriation in
the event of illness or accident, loss or damage
to baggage, money (including monies paid in the
event of cancellation by you), and third party liability
cover. Your signature on the booking form, or a payment - whether deposit or full - to us, will be
treated as confirmation that every member of your
party has such insurance. We reserve the right to
ask for further evidence that you have purchased
comprehensive insurance cover.
Please read your policy details carefully and take
them with you on holiday. It is your responsibility
to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase
is adequate for your particular needs. We do not
check insurance policies.
Details of a policy we can arrange on your behalf
are available on request. |
| 8. Passports and Visas |
|
| Unless you tell us
otherwise, we are entitled to assume that all members
of your party are citizens who hold or will
hold full passports (plus visas, depending on nationality) valid for the entire
duration of the arrangements you chose to purchase.
Information on visa, passport and health requirements,
where given and applicable, is so given on this
basis. Requirements may change and you are therefore
strongly recommended to check the up to date position
with the supplier of the arrangements, Passport
Office, appropriate embassy or consulate or your
doctor as applicable in good time before departure. |
| 9. Complaints
and Problems |
If you have any complaints
concerning any services we provide, you must inform
us straight away in writing and in any event within
28 days of the end of any arrangements booked through
us. We regret we cannot accept any liability if
we are not so notified. Our maximum liability to
you if we are found to have been at fault in relation
to any service we provide (as opposed to any service
provided by any third party such as an accommodation
owner for whom we are not responsible) is limited
to the commission we have earned or are due to earn
in relation to the booking in question. We do not
exclude or limit any liability for death or personal
injury which arises as a result of our negligence
or that our employees whilst acting in the course
of their employment.
Slovene Dream cannot be held liable for errors or omissions in bookings made by the hotel.
We do our utmost to ensure all hotel information is accurate; however hotel facilities may change at any time and any opinions expressed are subjective.

| 10. Prices |
Prices on our website are quoted in euros.
We reserve the right
to make changes to and correct errors in advertised
prices at any time before your holiday is confirmed.
We will advise you of any error of which we are
aware and of the then applicable price at the time
of booking. |
| 11. Behaviour |
|
| When you book with
us, you accept responsibility for any damage or
loss caused by you or any member of your party.
Full payment for any such damage or loss must be
paid direct at the time to the accommodation owner
or manager or other supplier. If you fail to do
so, you will be responsible for meeting any claims
subsequently made against us (together with our
own and the other party's full legal costs) as a
result of your actions.
We expect all clients to have consideration for
other people. If in our reasonable opinion or
in the reasonable opinion of any other person
in authority (including any of our suppliers),
you or any member of your party behaves in such
a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger,
upset or distress to any third party or damage
to property, we are entitled on behalf of the
supplier concerned, without prior notice, to terminate
the holiday of the person(s) concerned. In this
situation, the person(s) concerned will be required
to leave the accommodation or other service. We
will have no further responsibility toward such
person(s) including any return travel arrangements.
No refunds will be made and we will not pay any
expenses or costs incurred as a result of the
termination. |
| 12. Swimming pools and other facilities |
Where a swimming pool or other facility is referred to as being available for use, such availability is at the owners discretion and is understood to be conditional upon (a) seasonality (b) favourable prevailing weather conditions as judged by the local owner or agent (c) temporary or unavoidable closure necessitated by: the owners essential maintenance programme, accident, damage or malfunction of equipment, and in the case of swimming pools: compliance with any water conservation regulations imposed in times of drought, damage or malfunction of the mains water supply. The above are understood to be a result of force majeure and not to reflect on our failure to deliver an advertised facility. |
| 13. Excursions,
activities and brochure information |
| The information contained
on our website is correct to the best of our knowledge
at the time of the publication of our website. We
may provide you with information (in our website
and/or when you are on holiday) about activities
and excursions which are available in the area you
are visiting.
We have no involvement in any such activities
or excursions which are neither run, supervised
nor controlled in any way by us. They are provided
by local operators or other third parties who
are entirely independent of us. They do not form
any part of your contract with the supplier nor
are we responsible for them even where we suggest
particular operators/other third parties and/or
assist you in booking such activities or excursions
in any way. We cannot accept any liability on
any basis in relation to such activities or excursions.
We do not however exclude liability for the negligence
of ourselves or our employees resulting in your
death or personal injury.
We cannot guarantee accuracy at all times of
information given in relation to such activities
or excursions or about the resorts/area you are
visiting generally or that any particular excursion
or activity will take place as these services
are not under our control. If you feel that any
of the activities mentioned in our website which
are not part of our contract with the supplier
for your arrangements are vital to the enjoyment
of your holiday, write to us immediately and we
will tell you the latest known situation. If we
become aware of any material alterations to resort/area
information and/or such outside activities which
can reasonably be expected to affect your decision
to book a holiday with us, we will pass on this
information at the time of booking. |
| 14. Exclusion of liability |
Whilst Slovene Dream makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on slovenedream.com, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions or changes that may have occurred. All recommendations, opinions expressed and prices regarding properties and/or destinations displayed on slovenedream.com are provided for guidance only. Personal descriptions have been written in good faith and are subjective. Services and facilities can be withdrawn at short notice and Slovene Dream does not accept any liability for the descriptions given. All views expressed are our own and individual opinions may differ.
We do not accept responsibility for your direct dealings with the ultimate supplier of the accommodation, once the introduction has been made. All accommodation suppliers featured on slovenedream.com are themselves responsible for providing you with the final quote and booking conditions for your reservation.
Slovene Dream does not accept responsibility of the accommodation or trips featured on the site. If during the course of the holiday you have any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction you should contact the hotelmanager or in order that remedial action may be taken.
It is the traveller's own responsibility to obtain valid visas (if necessary) and comply with all local health and custom requirements applicable to Slovenia or other country visited.
Slovene Dream is an agent of each of its suppliers to the extent that we may charge a non-refundable deposit or recover cancellation charges on behalf of a supplier. Otherwise, Slovene Dream is an independent contractor and nothing on this website shall be construed to imply that there is any relationship between it and any of the suppliers whose accommodation or products are contained or referred to in this website. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage or other sum or claim of any nature whatsoever (direct, indirect, consequential or other) which arises, directly or indirectly, in connection with this website including, for the avoidance of doubt and not by way of limitation, any use of any information or material contained in this website or any inability to access or use this website.
