Slovenian Tourist website.
Many Slovenian websites are a pain: they are either laden
with technology and devoid of useful information, or they're
rubbish (and devoid of useful information). Information here is wide but thin and offers no useful insights. |

Flies from London Stansted
to Trieste, Klagenfurt and Graz. Note that they only allow 15kg
of luggage (£4/kilo extra). Queues can be long,
but patience is a virtue. Once you get to Slovenia, you'll
wonder why you cared. |
 |
Flies from London Gatwick
to Ljubljana Brnik. Also flies from Manchester and Birmingham during the summer months. Rubbish food. Ditto staff. Ditto aeroplanes. Ditto service. |
 |
Flies from London Stansted
to Ljubljana Brnik. A good compromise between the previous
two, but fares can be high for a budget airline, due to
high demand for seats. Also flies between Bristol and Venice. |
 |
New Polish/Hungarian-owned budget airline. Flies to Zagreb (good for the east of Slovenia). |

We have chosen Avis as our main hire provider in Slovenia - they have a good
fleet, charge a reasonable price, provide excellent service...
and they are very nice people. |

Customer's website... and he says some nice things about us. |

Weather Photos - Marko Korošec takes stunning pictures of storms, sunsets, clouds - you know: outside stuff. Most of it in Slovenia. |
 |
The Bridge - excellent psychotherapy practice, run by our friends Mark and Sophia Dunn. |
 |
Daft name - ProblemsWithMyPC - but that's the only daft thing about Robert King. One of the world's great human beings... and a proper computer wiz. |
 |
The same goes for Ruark - only they make loudspeakers. |
 |
If you want to ship stuff around the world, call Paul Frost at Active Cargo. Great bloke... but supports Tottenham. |
 |
Great Expectations is a wonderful local gallery promoting some wonderful artists. Run by David: a wonderful bloke. Pity Gabriela isn't there any more, though. |
 |
Bali Bali Indonesian restaurant - friends for a loooong time. Great people, great food. |
 |
Immaculate Concept - design and stuff. |
 |
Spice Jazz - London's best jazz club. |
 |
