The wines of Slovenia are not to be sniffed at.
Unless you take your wines seriously, that is. You'll also find that Slovenians also take their wines very seriously indeed.
We've been saying it for years, but now it seems that others are adding their considerable voices: Alain Ducasse serves it, the Fat Duck is crackers about it (excuse the non-pun), while Slovenia blew away the competition of Central and Eastern Europe in the 2007 Decanter World Wine Awards.
So, listen up: Slovenia produces some very sophisticated wine - but you'll have to go there to drink it, as very little is allowed out of the country. The locals want it all for themselves.
We can - and will - make you a unique tour of the very best of Slovenia's wineries, wine cellars and restaurants.
