The new chef won himself a Michelin star in Austria, and intends to make this the first in Slovenia. Lunch on the terrace overlooking the lake: heaven.
A bit of a cheat, as the Antiq doesn't have a restaurant. But imagine staying here and eating at Cubo, Špajza, JB, Pri Danilu, Zemono (longish car rides for these two, but woof!).
The chef, Jure Kapelar, is one of Slovenia's best. He has cooked in some of the world's best kitchens and we think he's after a Michelin star for starters (and the rest of the courses).
